Prestige Fitness is a family run business dedicated to offering the best one to one personal training we can. Richard and Jonathon both hold an active IQ degree in personal training, Richard is also a level 3 qualified nutritionist. Based in Water beach, Cambridge we have a fully equipped private gym were you will never find more than 2 people training at one time we also have a shower and changing room for those people on the go, there is free on site parking right out side the gym. Although being highly knowledgeable in all aspects of gym based training we do specialise in weight loss and muscle toning.
