I have created my own approach to training, considering what I have learnt from the coaches I have worked under, my own ongoing training and the successes of my clients. My focus is balanced between training for health and happiness as well as for a lean, strong body. Your goals, preferences and lifestyle are all considered to create a programme that you love, can stick to and which challenges you to become your very best.
